Rahakauppa.com (T:mi Timo Mäkinen) business ID 2026468-7 (hereinafter the online store) sells products to private individuals and companies. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT, and for older collectible coins, the margin scheme is generally used.

Ordering

Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying the contents of the shopping cart through the online store's checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices, and delivery charges. If an email address is provided at the time of the order, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will include the ordered products and the price.

Payment Service Provider

The payment intermediary service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the account statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please primarily contact the product supplier.

Delivery

Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products available from stock is usually 1-3 business days. If the products to be delivered are order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery charges are determined by the chosen delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. Delivery charges will be visible in the online store's checkout function before the final order confirmation.

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but no later than 14 days after delivery.

Returns

Online store customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Customers have the right to exchange or return part or all of their order. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please first contact the online store for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and account number for possible refund processing with your return.
