Confirmation of the order does not necessarily require the customer to register, but if he wishes, the customer can register as a customer of the online store and this is recommended for the customer; for tracking orders and informing about their progress. For registration, the customer must provide their name, local address, zip code, post office, country, email address and phone number. The Rahakauppa.com online store's customer register is confidential and the online store undertakes not to forward information to third parties.

The online store may use the e-mail address provided by the customer for direct marketing only if the customer has approved it. By registering, the customer gives permission to the online store to use the data for direct marketing by means other than e-mail (e.g. regular mail).

The Rahakauppa.com online store refrains from responsibility if the customer's information comes into the knowledge of outsiders due to data breaches independent of the online store, for example if a data breach occurs on the server that the staff of the Rahakauppa.com online store could not have prevented.

The customer is responsible for his own ID and is obliged to change the password if he suspects that it has come to the knowledge of outsiders.

The Rahakauppa.com online store reserves the right to make changes to this announcement, however by notifying the customer.

Purpose of the register

The register is intended for managing service relationships between the Rahakauppa.com online store and its customers. The register is not used without the customer's consent for electronic direct marketing. The purpose of processing personal data is managing, implementing, targeting, developing and monitoring the customer relationship, customer service and related communication and marketing of the registered person and/or the entity he/she represents; implementation of the rights and obligations of the parties to the customer relationship, evaluation and analysis of customer relationships, grouping and reporting, as well as other purposes related to the development of the overall customer and the company's business; customer-related invoicing, collecting and processing customer feedback and customer satisfaction data, and conducting market research and other surveys. The information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. The primary legal basis for the processing of personal data is the controller's legitimate interest and/or an agreement to which the data subject is a party (customer relationship between the Company's customer or potential customer and the Company), an order given by the customer, consent or other relevant connection.

Disclosure and confidentiality of information

Under no circumstances will the information be disclosed to third parties. The information is stored in the server system of an external service provider and can be accessed by the staff of the service provider in addition to the Rahakauppa.com online store staff.

The right of inspection and the right to demand correction of information

Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the registrant may ask the registrant to clarify his request in writing, and the identity of the registrant can be verified if necessary before taking other measures.
